I loved how close we were to the Strip, just a short walk a couple blocks away, giving us easy access to all the major casinos and attractions while still allowing us to enjoy a quieter spot to relax at night; the staff were friendly and the suite was spacious with a full kitchen and comfy beds. The pool was a nice bonus for unwinding after a day of exploring. We also encountered maintenance issues, such as a door that wouldn't open and malfunctioning lights and appliances. the suite we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped. The washer and dryer in the room were a lifesaver during our trip, making it easy to freshen up our clothes. The kitchen area was handy for preparing simple meals, and the living space was comfortable for relaxing. Unfortunately, the customer service was a letdown. We experienced rude staff during check-in and had difficulties getting the necessary linens and amenities for our room. The lack of attention to detail and professionalism from the front desk staff was disappointing, especially when it came to resolving issues promptly. In terms of facilities, the rooftop pool, one of the main reasons we chose the hotel, was closed during our stay, which was a major disappointment. the housekeeping seemed inconsistent, as our room was not cleaned daily as expected. The Platinum had its strengths, such as the convenient location and the spacious suite with useful amenities.

Room was spacious and well, equipped, complete with a fridge and microwave. Great location near the strip and various restaurants. Having a separate tub and shower was a nice touch for relaxation.

The room had numerous maintenance issues: non, functioning TV remotes, difficult, to, operate fireplace, very uncomfortable mattresses. The potential of the beautiful hotel design was overshadowed by these maintenance shortcomings.

Our stay at this non-gambling hotel was amazing! The strip view from our spacious suite was simply breathtaking. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area made us feel right at home. the staff, especially Nuna at the front desk, were awesome! they were very chatty and had great information about the area. the valet parking and staff were also great, and the room itself was nice. the facilities are good, with very spacious suites that are big, clean, and comfortable. it's also very close to the strip, just a short walking distance away.
